Question:

My top and bottom jaw doesen't touch on one side ONLY!!!!!

Yeah, on my right none of my top and bottom teeth touch each other. It is like a 3 mm "gap". Can braces with elastic bands fix this? or anything else? I would give a pic, but I can't cuz my camera if at my dad's :(

  1. Yes, braces should help with this..  They also have other ways of lengthening teeth (generally used for cosmetic procedures) but you're dentist will probably give you all of those options...


  2. I've had braces before because my top and bottom jaw didn't line up. Now they do perfectly. Depending on how bad your jaw is shifted, I've also heard that the dentist breaks your jaw, then puts it back in the right place (friends of mine have had it done). I know, doesn't sound fun at all, but it definetly can be fixed! :)
