My touch Diamond doesnt recognize any GPS signals?

my PDA dosnt recognize any gps signals, somebody said because it has a-gps means assisted gps but I read in htc website that "a-gps and gps ready" . I dont know if it has any specific settings or adjustment... I have tried many softwares...

is its reciever is weak or something else?
