My touge ring healed and quit hurtin now its hurtin again wats wrong ?

well i got my toung piercied in may and it hurt like h**l the first 2 or 3 weeks but then it healed up and quit hurtin but now its startin to hurt again and ive got knots on both sides of my hole wats wrong and wat can i do to fix it ?

It could be an infection.

the knots could be puss pockets of an infection. go see a dr soon until then try to hold warm salt water in your mouth to kill bacteria and toughen the spot.

i would get that checked out cuz that is really not normal at all.

i got mine peirced and it swelled up for like a week and hurt for like 4 days but then healed and was better by the second or third week and it hasnt hurt since and that was like 7 months ago. Their is alot of muscles in the tongue so maybe you damaged one? like i said best bet is to get it professionally checked out. or maybe call the place you got it peirced at and just ask them they might know.
