I have a Pro-Form 765CD treadmill and it's been squeaking every time i take a step for a week or two. Do I need to lubricate it and which parts?

I've heard to use silicon spray, but I thought I'd come on here and get some more advice before I start messing with it.

Thanks!

    {there are some wheels within the treadmill that are going to need lubrication. without weight, they are fine, but when you add weight, you also add friction, and that, combined with the lack of lubrication is causing the squeeking.

    if you are mechanically inclined, you could open it up and do it yourself. but if you arent, take it to someone who is. a treadmill is not something that you want to fall apart while you are using it!}
