My truck rumbles when i punch it.?

2001 silverado i need to drop down to third gear to get power,tried injecor cleaner but no go.

did u take it to like a jiffy lube or something...find a good place to take it somewhere u trust cuz there are some places that make it worse..but go and see what the problem may be...

ill tell you the main problem, its a chevy and chevy are useless BUY A TUNDRA!!!! king of the road, ive beat every POS american truck thats ever tried racing me in my tundra
