  1. no problems  going back to Mexico  however you will be detained   country dependent  you will be fined for example  Italy has 1.700 eeuro fine   and they will take every little uro you got  by then  you have missed your flight     not considering being barred   from any European country  from ever getting any visa

  2. When you turn up at the European airport to fly back, you will be arrested, help and questioned.

You MAY be allowed to catch you flight, or you will probably be deported on the next available flight after you are released. You will then have to repay to the government for the cost of your flight.

Also, wou will never be given a visa again.

  3. Yes to all of the above, Mexico doesn't care what you did.

  4. You are already considered as an overstaying alien.  Thus, request for another permit in order to legitimize your stay.

  5. During exit inspection, your overstay will be noted.  You will be detained and questioned, your transgression will be noted for the entire Schengen Zone and allied, data-share countries, you will be fined, and it is unlikely that you will ever receive another Schengen Visa.  Once you are released and fly back to Mexico, you will have no problem re-entering your country.

  6. getting back is not the problem, what you have done? is barred yourself from ever getting another visa, and by doing so?

since it is registered, and Europe, is not the only country that will refuse you a visa,
