My turtle has a bubbly noise and i dont know what it is or how to treat it and i cant go to the vet?

probably an upper respiratory infection and it needs to see a vet immediately.  this is what happens when you take a turtle from the wild and don't know how to care for it.

I bet you had it living in water or to wet of an environment ..

Answer this and I`ll tell you what to do.

Bring it to the vet, if you can't afford to bring it to the vet you shouldn't be owning a tortoise in the first place

Try raising the temperature. That will help a bit but the turtle probably needs antibiotics.
