My turtles water?

what water should i put in my fish tank for my mississippi map turtle?

I have lots of experience with mississippi map turtles and you can use just about type of water tap/hose.  Get a cheap dechlorinater (walmart 3 bucks).  to much chlorine in their water can be potentially bad for them.  also at walmart they have these things that prevent diseases in their water -

Mineral water, or conditioned tap water.

I just use tap water dechlorinated with reptisafe. heated to about 24/25 degrees celcius.  Use a good filtration system in there.

i have 4 sliders different types really, red belly, pink belly, yellow belly and red ear slider.. and honestly if you put fish in your tank with your turtle he will eat them cause turtles eat what ever you put in the tank.. if you put plants in there he will eat them or what ever u put in there.... so honestly i wouldn't and less they are feeder fish cause water turtles are meat eaters really just like a snapping turtle...
