  1. 2 1/2 wk. of not eating for a baby turtle (1-2 inches) usually means death!  How small are these guys?  Are they still moving?

Are they water turtles or land turtles?

We can't answer your question when we don't know what kind of pet you have, or how large it is.  Water turtles and land turtles eat different things, and need different kinds of care.

You need to google the turtles you have, and find a care sheet for them.  Make sure their temperature and light requirements are being met.  If a turtle is too hot, or two cold - it won't eat. You can start with the links below.

Go back to your "additional" section, and provide us with enough information to help you.

Good luck, and I hope this has been of help.

  2. let them get used to their envirement like all pets

  3. Forget the lettuce until they are adults and never feed head lettuce at all. Get some small earthworms and put them in the water far enough away from the turtles that you don't frighten them. Any turtle that will pass up live earthworms has something really wrong. After they start eating, you can also try live fish (not goldfish) and soft-bodied insects. When you can't get live food, feed strips of liver dusted in bonemeal.
