My tv goes all white with lighter white lines running horizontaly across the tv?

it 5 years old and this has started a couple of months ago. it will go back to normal after 1-60 minuites. how do i fix it

It seems you have a defected tv because that happens to a tv but until the bulb burns out and that is supposed to happen in about 10 years. So i hope you have a warrenty so they can give you a new one.
