  1. Not enough information.  What else do you have connected to it?  It may not be the TVs fault.

Cable box?  it may be it's fault.

Direct cable? The cable line itself can cause upper channel distortion.

A fan near the TV can cause it.  Although it is usually on all channels.

  2. You find out what's wrong and sort it out!

Do you use a TV with a built-in digital decoder. or do you use a separate set-top box?

If you use a separate set-top box, do you watch the basic channels using the TV tuner, or the set-top box?

If you use the TV tuner to watch the basic channels, what happens when you watch them via the set-top box?

If it shakes your set-top box is probably at fault. Have you tried re-installing it? Have you tried moving it away from the TV a little? Have you tried it at a friend's house? If it's bad at a friend's house, but theirs is ok you have a faulty/poor set-top box. If it's good at a friend's house you have a poor signal which can be due to a bad connection, unsuitable aerial, aerial incorrectly aligned, or just plain bad luck where you live.

    Hope that helps!

  3. Unplug the freewiew box then retune it when you plug it back in i had this a lot with mine
