My tv won't switch to cable from air?

I have a Sylvania and cable but I cannot figure out how to switch it over. The menu doesn't have the option of air/cable and it is driving me nuts! Pls help!

  1. under settings try CATV, thats cable


  2. on your remote there should be a button with a picture of as circle with an arrow through it,press this.
