My tv wont turn on properly

Question

I have a sharp tv and almost everyday for the past week my tv will just close while im watching something and it wont turn on unless i pull out the electrical plug from behind and that to if i leave it out for about hour if i push the plug back in after 2 minutes the tv starts for around 5 seconds and then closes again can you plz give me a way where i can stop this from happening??
