My two lovebirds? Help?

Question

I have to lovebirds, one male and one female. but the male keeps pecking away at the females eye. I dont think they need to be seperated because they love eatchother very much, they are ALWAYS cuddling with eatchother and cleaning one anothers feathers. I dont think the female minds this very much because she just puts down this white thing over eye and sits there.

Why are they doing this?

not sure but if they don't mind then it should be problem

i think it has someting to do over dominace...because my female one would peck at he male one and he would follow her everywhere
