  1. If it is a big chair, you may have to tilt it on it's side to get it through the door. I suggest getting someone to help you, especially if you have to combat some stairs as well. And, most importantly, don't forget to lift with your legs, not your back.

  2. You could do the traditional 'leave it on the orphanage doorstep' one early morning. Or give it away to someone who can't have children.

    SORRY! rEALLY BAD TASTE JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want to remove the BIRO, you should try Stain Devil number 1 by Glo Care, or the one for biro by 'Dr Beckmann'.

  3. These are particularly difficult stains to remove.  Absorb as much of the stain as you can with a paper towel.  Then apply methylated spirit using a cotton wool bud.  If the article is of special value contact pen makers to get their advice.

  4. Hair spray is the best way to remove it, unlikely tho it sounds. Spray it on then leave to dry. Once dry try gently brushing it off (or you may need to sponge it carefully), but this should do the trick.

  5. Any sort of alcohol should work nicely.

Propanol is the best solvent for inks but rubbing alcohol on a cloth should remove it quite nicely.

  6. Just pull it gently but firmly from his hand.

  7. try Mr clean magic eraser, my sister swears by it

  8. hair spray

  9. would try using an alcohol based liquid like after shave rub over than wipe off gently

  10. Spray with hair spray, you will see it breaking up.  Absorb with soft cloth while it is breaking up.

Biro?????? only in the UK, the rest of the world calls it ball-point

  11. When i wish to remove my child I usually put my hands under the armpits and lift... This way the child is unhurt - as would be the case if I was to drag it by the arm or hair or something..........

  12. Just your normal hairspray. Usually if you spray some on the stain and wipe it off a few minutes later, it should come off. Good luck!

  13. Try the 'Stain Devil' specially meant for this purpose available from Woolworths & other stores etc !
