My uncle's co-worker constantly pranks me and despite all of my effort I can not sucessfully prank him.

Buy him a Jamba Juice and spend the extra $2 to have a few extra fiber boosts put into it.  Just because you are not a witness does not mean that this one did not work.  Each one is a day's worth of fiber so it does not matter how regular you are after 4 your body will not be behaving in a nice way.

buy him something to drink but mix things in it and remember to put a cap on it so he doesn't see anything and don't be so suspicious either.

put hot suace in it! that would be good and maybe have someone video tape it and then you can do something with it. :) put a lot of hot sauce but at the end. :)
