My uncle's immigration question.....?

He's been in the US for 15 years and has worked for the same business for 10 years now. He is a skilled worker and he has never been arrested for a crime and now his boss is trying to get him a green card through employment, They already turned in some paperwork and the process is going smoothly, but he wants to know how long it could take? Thanks.

  1. could take between 1 years to....3.call a lawyer and ask.sorry i cant be of much help.but uscis is backlogged so keep that in mind.
