  1. yes, if the money was in your name before the insolvency was declared.

    transferr it into your wife or kids name before they get it.  you need it to pay bills !! so its been spent, you know what i mean

    ummm...   why did you file for bankruptcy?

    thats like working full time and going on the dole

  5. According to the business law your personal money is different and separate to your business money. Therefore, your application of Bankruptcy for business will not affect any of your personal money and they would not go after your inherit wealth. Unless otherwise your application of bankruptcy is not a business matter. :-)
