I looked up in Canada 411 but the last name does not come up at all.

How old is your uncle? You might want to consider checking in nursing homes. Try to call as many as you can. Would help the last known address.

If you really want to go through just a little trouble, I recomend you turn to a Privat Investigator Agency for help. Make sure you have all known information gethered if you go there. The more info you have is the better for you, they will charge you less. Any information is helpfull, like other relatives, his last known job.........   I am sorry that I can't help you more, I am just a student, no lisence yet.    Good Luck !
