  1. He gets a form from his doctor to take to the tag office.


  2. His Doctor can give him a note.  Then he takes it to the DMV and they will give it to him.

  3. Check with your state's Department of Motor Vehicles.

  6. While your at it, get a placard for me too. I see the handicap parking is always empty! Who thought up that stupid law anyway?
