My uncle went to jail how can i find out his charges?

well thats kind of private infor but i say go to the website of the jail where ur uncle is currently at and there might be some thing on the page that says find inmate go to that and type in ur uncles FULL name and maybe that will work . goodluck!!

You can check the website of your local jail and see if it says there, or you can call the jail, but really this is something your parents should do unless your over 18.

I will offer something else for you. Any person that is arrested and being held in jail and the charges they are being held on is considered public knowledge.

Call the jail he is at, ask for visitation ( they have the records there also), identify the person and they can tell you what charge(s) they were arrested on.

go to his arraignment. They will be read aloud. Criminal courts are open to the public and everything that goes on is public information (except in limited circumstances)
