  1. You will have to check your policy, but a lot of insurance companies now will not cover for unlicensed or drunk driving.

  2. Your liability is probably still covered (meaning the other cars, property will be paid for).

Your collision is probably not covered (meaning YOUR cars is a loss and you have to figure out how to pay for another car).

    That usually the case.

    Good Luck...

  3. Please visit that site for your car covers http://www.customcovers.com/.

  4. Without knowing where you live, Its hard to comment.

I know that in Australia, if you give an unlicenced driver permission to drive a car, your car is not covered by insurance.

The police will also fine you, or you will have to have to make a stat dec saying that A) you didnt know she was unlic, or B) you did not give her permission for her to drive the car.

She will then be charged for unlic driving, but if you gave her permission, or you knew, you will also be charged.

  5. If you have uninsured driver coverage and you gave her permission then most companys will cover it.

  6. i don't think so only for 3rd party damage. i think that is the least of your worries your niece has broken the law and could end up in court with charges of driving without insurance and driving without a licence. how could she not know that her licence was suspended? hope you get it sorted.
