My uploads and downloads keep stoping and wont work!!?

Question

Just say i was uploading a film off watchmovies.net or something then it stops about 10% on the line and wont move.. even when i try download the windows live plus for messenger or download anything in fact it does the same thing. does anyone no why this might be? please help as really annoying and i want to watch a film tonight lol thanks =)

This is may be occurring over a wide variety or issues; you internet connection may not be solid (there may be breaks in it); you may be overloading your bandwidth by running programs such as almost any type of P2P; or maybe your on wireless you wireless connection may not be fast enough or it my have breaks.
