My ups package got delayed at our ups can I pick it up from there?

I really need it can i pick it up it was exeptioned cuz of weather

  1. Yes be sure to bring your ID


  2. Call the HUB first and make sure it is not on a truck. Then you can pick it up.

  3. yes, call them. duh

  4. Call 1-800-742-5877 and say the word "agent"  let them know that you would like to pick it up at the hub.  That CSR will ensure that the package is left at the hub for your retreival.  Also ask for directions from that agent.  MOST UPS Hubs DO NOT post their incoming phone numbers.
