My v****a is really itchy?

its been itchy 4 a few days now & i have recently noticed that i have little bits of skin growing around the outside like little spurs could it be an infection or disease? I'm too embarrassed to tell anyone

sounds like syphilis or herpes.

It could be a yeast infection or bacterial infection. You should see your doctor to make sure.

An itchy v****a can be an indication of a yeast infection.  As for the little bits of skin around the opening (the outside part is called the int

oitus which is part of the external genital area called the v***a) those sound like parts of a skin called the hymen.

You can try something over the counter like Monistat but I would recommend checking with your doctor first before doing it.  If you have a doctor that you feel confident with please let them know.  General Practicioners and also gynecologists (for those that go to them) are used to seeing this kind of thing and won't be embarrassed to hear what you have to say.

ok if you said it was just itchy then there would be so many answers...but spurs??? wtf is that?   i'm not sure.  go to the doctor to determine this

Don't be too embarrassed to do something when your health is at risk. Ever.

It could be bacterial vaginosis, a yeast infection, or an STD. Get it checked.

Once when I had had a yeast infection I ended up forming scar tissue when it had been particularly raw and irritated. It took a while, but it went away.
