  1. sounds more like fuel. make sure your getting enough gas to the engine to keep it going, it might be the gas filter plugging up and restricting the flow of fuel.


  2. sounds like you are haveing a fuel problem or ignition,check fuel pressure and propper spark at the plugs.good luck.

  3. Yes, one of those, probably.

    It's not that simple.  

  4.    get the alt. chk'd first, but there more than just those things to cause the problem.    if the car starts and then quits, that could be one set of problems, if it wont start at all then that is a different set of problems and they all should be checked for trouble. ignition, fuel , shorts, grounds, etc., they all can cause the trouble you mentioned.

  5. Take it by Advance or Auto Zone, they can hook it and up and test it to see what the problem is free.  Better than trying to guess yourself and buying the wrong thing.

  6. Alternator.get it checked.Though it could be a REALY craped out bat. http://wiki.answers.com/Q/How_do_you_kno...
