My veins hurt sometimes

hi im 13.. sometimes my arm veins hurt, and sometimes my left veins hurt.. they just hurt even when im not doing anything, also sometimes when i walk the foot vein hurts. what is this?

i am 13 also and my veins hurt too they are all poped up and blue and my stomach feels like it's twisting randomly!
