My video card visiontek 2400 pro 512mb is not in bios?

ok i got a visiontek 2400 hd pro 512mb video card. My computer doesnt find the card. and also when i try to change the bios there is nothing it says about VIDEO,PCI,AGP, nothing and when i go to device manager it is not finding the video card either i need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. its not abnormal that  video card doesnt appear  in  the bios  my  ati radeon 2400  hd doesnt appear in the bios either  

    tried installing the driver yet  ?
