My video ipod is just stuck on a frame, and the click wheel is doing nothing. Any idea what to do?

I have an ipod classic 80 GB. I was playing a video and paused it. Now it's just stuck on the video. The click wheel is doing nothing. I plugged it into my computer and itunes is not recognizing it's plugged in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

to un freeze it hold down the center and the menu button until it shuts off. it should work fine when it comes back on. it will come back on, on its  own ! :)

until the apple pops up,

sometimes you have to do it more than once

to get back to the original screen,

oh i just seen its the classic 80 gb,

idk then mine is nano video
