  1. has to be 10 minites

  2. sorry i wish there was a way but it only takes 10:00 you would have to

    (part1 part2) it.

  3. youtube will not accept file exceeding 100 MB and 10 minutes, you need to split it and upload separately in series... e.g. moviePart1, moviePart2...

--for editing and splitting of video....

moviemaker can help you split it and also edit it.

windows movie maker (included in your windows machine)... it can help you make beautiful slideshow or video clip(e.g. mixing your songs with pictures/video/etc).... then save it as video file such as wmv file format... finally upload.

or .. Just get those clips you want , save & convert them, and then mix/match with pix/sound/etc using windows movie maker to create new masterpieces....

this will help you.... Use 'zillatube'. This is the easiest (and also the fastest) way.

Zillatube produces mpg/mp3 formats from youtube that are compatible with windows movie maker(or media player), and more.

It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted mp3/mpg videos with windows movie maker... save your file as wmv and then upload.

It works very well....just google search for "zillatube"

  4. Upload it to an other site. YouTube isn't the only place to upload videos.

Blip.tv  Upload up to 1 GB with no time limit.

    http://blip.tv/

Live Video Upload 100 MB (200 MB with a directors account) with no time limit.

    http://www.livevideo.com/

One more suggestion. You can actually upload video as long as11 min. to YouTube before it will be rejected. So if you can just edit four min. out of the video, maybe it will actually improve your video. Keep in mind that some people think that even 10 min. is too long for a YouTube video.

  5. i agree  no one watches videos to the end, if I was you i would add a front end and cut the video into 3 min vids.

If those number of views shown on you tube was counted at the end of the video, they would dissapear on 99%, and only the best would have a big number.
