My length of staying in Germany is from January and ends in April. Will there be a problem? will they deny my visa because of that fact?

  1. if you apply for visa now. they will approve it. there will be no problem. but since you will go to germany in january, you will get problem when you reach germany. usually you have to renew your passport 6 months before the expiration date or you will have problem when you want to get in to another country not only germany but every country.. i would suggest you to renew you passport in the middle of november or early december then you can apply you germany visa after that..

  2. when you travel abroad you must have a least 6 months of validity left  on your passport at the time of departure ;and airlines will not let  you board a plane, if your passport has not at least 6 months left

your visa will not be denied because of this , you will have to renew your passport ,that is all ,

  3. Yah, get it done bro. Some minor errors ignored by airline agent when they sell ticket to you without verifying that you need at least 6 months of validity on your passport may cause you lot of trouble with custom in your visited countries, such as; fines, jail time - some unneccessary legal isssues that you might have been aware of and taken care of prior your trip. renewal of your passport won't cost you that much time and money. Good luck
