My virgin moble phone is locked?

Ok, my brother gave me his phone and he locked it b4 cause he never used it and now he forgot his code how do i get past it so i can add mins to it

Go online to their site, or call the store/hotline

Every phone has a PUK (personal unlock key), and this overrides the PIN code that the phone has, set by your brother. One you get the PUK code, you enter it into the phone, and the phone will prompt you to make a NEW PIN code, and then the phone will become unlocked.
