  1. Your length of stay is determined by the CBP officer when you applied for entry into the US and marked down on your I-94 - generally it is 6-months, but it could be less, or very rarely, more.  You are already talking about getting married, so either you just absolutely fell in love like magic, or you entered the US with the intention of getting married, which violates the terms of your visa, in which case you are considered out of status and therefore removable.

  2. check your passport, the immigration officer would've stamped how long you are allowed to stay.

  3. Check your I-94 form. You should have stamped the expiration date. till that day you can stay in the U.S. after that day you would be out of status (illegal) - Usually they should give you six months, but so some people or country they get only 3 months of even 30 days.

  4. Maximum stay is six (6) months for a B1/B2 visa holder.

  5. You have 6 months but dont worry.. you can stay here for as long as you would like. Just work and pay taxes.

  6. 6 months by the many questions u have asked  lead  to believe   marriage fraud    b careful   your marriage  and visa adjustment  will be well scrutinized  by USCIS and DHS both
