My visitor visa got rejected for US ,will I get student visa after two years?

My visitor visa got rejected also I have three years drop in civil engineering, after securing good marks in last two years and in gre,toefl ,can I get student visa and get admitted to a good university?

No one on here can answer your question, you are asking us to speculate what both the universities you apply to and the consular officer on the day of your interview will say. We cannot determine what these people will decide nor do we know if you are indeed eligible.

Now if you have the necessary scores, the correct documentation, can prove that you have the funds to pay for your tutition and living expenses and you can prove ties to your country of residence then you stand as much chance as anyone else applying for an F1 visa.
