My vista visual effects are gone! help?

i dont have visual effects in my vista now i dont know what happened i dont know if i change anything or i deleted somthing help! i dont have the flip 3d or the aero interface or the glass or other effects! help i want it back...

go to your control panel, click "appearance and personalization" the "personalization" then "theme" go to the drop down menu and click "windows Vista" press okay, and now your set

and no its not "throwing it away at its own whim" actually, you probably have the "adjust visual settings based of preformance" thing. so because you system was being slow, it could improve speed by taking off aero and all the stuff.

First right click and click personalize and go to display settings and make sure the colors tab i set to 32 bit...if that dose not work then go to theme setting and select windows vista.

well, vista tends to throw thigs away at its own whim,.. with out your permission. itll probably say for compatability issues or corrupted files. chunk vista and go back to xp
