  1. try taking them with a small meal

  2. I can only take vitamins with food, otherwise I'll get nauseated.

  3. You can overdose on certain vitamins and minerals, read the label and don't take any more than 100% of the rda since you're already getting vitamins in the food you eat. Also, you should take vitamins with food and not on an empty stomach.

  4. Fish oil makes me sick, the supplements that is, I love fish.

Try leaving that out first and see if it helps.

  5. I found that taking B vit. on empty stomach can make you feel ill, copper makes me sick so I take half a tab. and the other half at a nother time and always after eating, maybe the fish oil try taking Flax seed oil, you can take that on a empty stomach.

  6. Could one or more of the vitamins that you take be spoiled or past the expiration date?

In general, one should take vitamins with food and minerals [magnesium] on an empty stomach but there is no reason that anything that you named above should make you sick unless you are taking an overdose of it.
