My vizio L32 backlight flickers on and off rapidly, how can this be fixed?

I took the entire thing apart and found that behind the screen, there is a back panel holding about 15 tiny fluorescent looking bulbs, idk if this is what needs to be replaced or not. I can still see the picture but the picture flickers from dim to bright very quickly, any help would be greatly appreciated

I think you may be in trouble here....

It MIGHT be the lamp's power supply board, but I suspect you actually have a bad bulb in it and it's causing the flicker.

The power supply is expensive enough, but the lamp would be Ungodly Expensive to replace.....

And don't try to replace ONE lamp, that comes as an assembly.
