My vodafone is from kerala/india/can i use it while on voyage to canada?

my mobile [phone]/kerala/india/i want to use it in voyage to canada/can i use without any modification?

no. i have brought my india's vodafone postpaid line from new delhi to toronto.. but unforunately, it didnt work. i checked with vodafone customer care at toronto, they said some telecomes act it barrs overseas receptions. i dont know what that means. so, recommend you surrender your vodafone post paid line in india before coming to canada. or if its vodafone prepaid, then finish your value by using it.

Canada also uses GSM phone of 900 MHz & 1800 MHz.

Therefore your Vodafone should work there in Canada.
