  1. The problem usually occurs because of your Adenoids. It is those that cause the voice to be nasal. It can help to have them removed surgically.Check with your doctor.

  2. In private, practice holding your nose while speaking from your mouth.  You will soon begin to use your vocal cords instead of your nose.

  3. You could have a blockage in your nasal cavity which causes air to be restricted. Do you also have trouble hearing? This could be the cause of talking through your nose.

If you don't have a physical problem, it could just be a habit of pushing too much air into your head when you speak. This is a common problem when people sing too. The remedy is to hold your nose and try to change your throat muscles to put more air out of your mouth while you speak. You will hear and feel a difference. When you talk through your nose when it's plugged, you will feel the bones in your face as well as your nose vibrate slightly. If you learn to project the air through your mouth, you won't feel that vibration. It works!

If you continue to have problems, you might want to consult a nose, ear, and throat specalist.
