My voice sounds sooooo weird!!?

Question

i have to do tropicana speech 2maro, and my voice sound like its stuffed up all the time, through out my whole life. like it sounds like im plugging my noise and talking, but the only way it sounds normal is if im talking in a differnt voice, how do i change this, its not a big deal, but yea? also im 12 years old
