  1. just go outside with a friend/sister or if u dont have one sometimes what i do is i just hit it on the roof. just practice moving to it, calling it, bumps, sets, and spikes, thats what i did and it REALLY hepled me!!

  2. If you are practicing setting, just get a ball set against the wall.  Put a reference point on the wall and aim for that place.  If you can set to that place 100 times with out dropping the wall.  You are ready to be an awesome setter.

If you are practing how to hit, or improve your hitting.  I would say run up and down the stair cases near you for 30 minutes a day and 3 times a week.  Get jump ropes and practice your jumps.  Use weights and do dead weight lifts to increase your calve strength.  Use weights to do forward latteral raises to increase shoulder strength.  Then find your self a hand ball court, toss the ball up in the air and hit the ball like if you were going to spike it.  You can repeat the above steps to improve your Jump serves also.  But I don't recommend jump serves.

To Practice Floater serves you just need to get the toss correct.  Make sure your toss has no spin.  Toss the ball 100 times without the ball spinning, then you are ready to do floaters.  Always contact the ball with open palm and hit the ball dead center.

  3. Well you could always jion a club team but that can be expensive. So some thign u can do to practice is maybe pepper agaisnt the wall, set to yourself. and maybe even find a court you can practice your serves on. any simple drills you did at your school will work. even have your mom throw baclls at you to help. =] good luck!

  4. play club...it keeps you in shape, helps with skills and you play people you will probably play during school. it's good all around experience.

  5. well you could ask some friends and plan days when you guys practice together or ask a family member

  6. leagues can be expenisive. If you can git in one awsome, but unless you have a partner there is nothing you can really practice besides serves and sets.

  7. JOIN A LEAGUE AROUND YOU

  8. join club volleyball, or practice with friends. also, ask your coaches for excercising/practice suggestions.(ex: running, sets, serves, etc.)
