My vonage motorola vt2442-vd power led keeps flashing red?

Question is pretty much self explanatory, but we have a vonage device that just downed today, and we do not have phones in our house right now. Please help fast, on how to fix it!

Blinking orange (red), indicates the you have Voice-Mail.

Otherwise, if device isn't making/receiving phone calls, power-off all devices and reboot (including Modem/Router/ATA).  This may reset any hardware hang-up issues.
