My wakeboard boots are really tight. Why?

I wanted to try my new boots on so I wet them a little with water but it took me forever to get my feet in! Will they break in? Should I get some boot lube? Also they felt extremely tight, yet they are said to go way beyond my foot size. Was this because both the boot and my foot were not totally wet? I was just trying this too make sure everything fits okay so I don't need to return it, but will it be fine when the season comes round?? Thank u and let me know!

  1. that's normal my boots are hard to get into but that way your feet wont come out when you fall. if you use some dish soap your feet should just slid in and its cheaper than boot lube.

  2. what brand? i've noticed the cheap ones say bigger size than they really accommodate. I took an exacto knife and slit on the sides to make it better for bigger feet (which was only about a mens 9...not sooo big)

  3. Put some fairy liquid in your bindings after you got them wet your feet will then slide in nice and easy thats what i do a tight bookts better than a looser one cuss you dont come out as easy!

    Good luck!
