My walkman sony ericsson isn't working on my computer.?

Question

when ever i connect it i go to my computer & it says its empty & when i try to click where it says "Removable Disk (G:)" butt it says to please insert a disk into Removable Disk (G:)

u should check your windows version then install the mobile software.

my windows is vista and it didn't work with my Walkman(Sony mp3 player).

are u sure ur doing it right. ur phones is suppose to be on and in stand by mode (this is when u slide it closed and a key picture pops ups and then it goes black). plug in the usb cable to the phone and it ur computer. then ur removable disk (g:) should be renamed as phone card and u should be able to transfers files in and out of it. if that doesn't work u should go to the sony ericsson website and download the programs they have there so that ur computer will pick up the sony software
