  1. once the warning lights went on it is our duty for our safety it is better to check it just to ruled out. The problem is for many reasons, it may be of your sensor or a Major brake down. Pl.check it immediately. One can sit if front of LT and reading your question and answering will not be work out in all time. It is the question of you and your family life. Because the break is one of the very imp. part of the vehicle.Selecting answer is your responsibility. So better go to service station and find out......... !  good luck

  2. As said, Check your emergency brake, and check the fluid level and fill to the full mark, but if the fluid is low you or neither of these fixes your problem, you should take it in. A new car shouldn't be leaking. Take it to the Toyota dealer, chances are it will be fixed under warranty.

  3. check the brake fluid level.

  4. Take it in, to the dealer.  It may be a sensor, but you shouldn't take a chance.

  5. first make sure the emergency/parking brake is completely off.  If so, then take it in to the dealership, as I assume you still have a warranty on the vehicle.

  6. Take it in to be looked at you may have a brakeline leak.

  7. brakes are sort of important...[at least to me!]...if its the ABS it will not affect regular braking ...but if a regular ck brake lite..go in...is emergency brake 100% off?
