My washer doesn't drain!

Question

My washer doesn't drain after going through the cycles it stops at rinse and won't go any further.....It won't rinse or spin...Anyone know what it could be...I have checked the hose already for clogs....

Your drain pump is probably clogged. Get your manuel to see if the front or the back of the washer comes off to get access to it. It should have a couple of clamps holding it the the hose a a couple screws holding it to the washer and an electrical plug. Take it off and pull out all the lint and reinstall.

Sorry, but it sounds like the pump may have went out. You will probably have to have it serviced, or replaced.
