My washer spins but doesn't spin all the water out even with light loads. What is the problem?

I would guess that it's off balance.

check if it has a filter it could be that, just clean it out and should be alright. The other thing and I know it sounds daft (but have done it myself) have you knocked the spin speed button down to a lower rate?

Mine just did the same thing I went to a appliance store and they sold me 3 little plastic pieces I think they called them dog legs or something like that. They go underneth the agiatator turner But we fixed it for less than $8.00
