My washer spins but wont empty?

Had this same thing happen to my machine about a year ago.  Turns out that the "chip" in the controls had burnt out and needed replacing.  I suggest that you call a washing machine repair man!

yeah, the hose is probably blocked, it happened to us, we thought it was broken and bought a new washer and we let our neighbor's have it and they fixed it..-_-

Before you call for repair, verify that the discharge hose isn't blocked.  Also, check out doityourself.com if you have a machine that isn't operated by computer circuitry.

It is most likely your pump. try cleaning it out as is is most likely just blocked.  clean it out and check your drain hoses.  Should be a simple and FREE fix.
