The solution will depend on if this is an electronic model or older mechanical piece.

If the unit uses a battery see if a new battery solves the problem.

Otherwise you may need to take it to a jeweller/watchmaker to have it serviced.. Obviously this would only be wise if your watch is worth something significant.
