My watch hands don't move

Question

I bought it and it did not come with a manual. i replaced the battery and all the leds turned on (when i pushed buttons of course) and the hands wouldn't move. I am just wondering whether i need to return it or if I need to push certain buttons to make the hands move,Thanks.
